The Villa
Our villa is a luxurious, fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom
3 bathroom vacation home. It has been tastefully furnished
with everything you could need to enjoy your relaxing (or
hectic!) holiday.
LocationSituated on the US27, Tuscan Ridge is convenient for all routes. It is just 15 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes to the Greg Norman-designed Champions Gate golf course. All major Orlando attractions are within 30 minutes drive.
Accommodation
The villa, completed in March 2004, offers 2 master bedrooms
with en suite and 2 twin bedded rooms, all with cable TV,
VCR or DVD. One of the twin rooms has Playstation 2. The accommodation
can sleep up to 10 people. The living room sofa converts into
a queen-size bed. There is also a cot and highchair available
free of charge. The large family room has comfortable sofas,
a 32" flat-screen cable TV with a DVD and hi-fi with 5 and
1 surround sound. For family entertainment there is a selection
of DVDs and family games.
The large patio doors lead on to the pool area. The fully screened pool area, with extended deck and luxury padded pool furniture, provides ample space for enjoying the pool and the sunshine. There are 2 dining areas, a formal dining room with table and 6 chairs and, in the kitchen nook, a table and 4 chairs and 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. This spacious villa with its 2 living rooms and 2 master bedrooms makes it suitable for 2 families to share.
Facilities
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including
cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer with
ice-maker. Small appliances include toaster, kettle, blender
and coffee-maker. Cutlery and cooking utensils are all supplied
for your cooking and dining requirements. All linen and towels
are provided. There are hairdryers in all bathrooms. Ceiling
fans in the family room and master suites. Cot and highchair
available free of charge. Radio alarms in master bedrooms.

Additional Information
The above rates include all state taxes. A deposit of £100/$150
per week payable at time of booking. £100/$150 per week refundable
security deposit, refunded 30 days after your departure from
the villa. Full payment 10 weeks before departure. Optional
pool heating at £85/$144 per week. Free local telephone calls.
