LocationThe house is located on the main lake of the Sunset Lakes community; a small, quiet exclusive gated community with luxury homes situated around two private lakes just off Highway 192. Located 10 minutes from Disney the house is ideally located for easy access to the many theme parks and has a good selection of golf courses, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centres nearby to choose from. 5 minutes drive from the I4 (International Drive) allowing for easy access to downtown Orlando and the rest of Florida. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive.
AccommodationThis house has 1 master bedroom, a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms together with 3 bathrooms. A spacious living area contains all of the comforts of home. The kitchen and dinning area are open-plan and equipped with all mod cons that can be used at your leisure. The pool area backs onto Sunset Lake and comprises a large pool 28’ by 14’ and a large sundeck and outside dinning area.
Facilities
The living area has a large wide-screened TV, DVD, VCR and
hi-fi. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer,
dishwasher etc. In the utility area there is a washer and
dryer, iron and ironing board.
Other facilities include: full air conditioning, twin shower
and bath in the king master bedroom, child-safety alarms on
within the pool and on all doors and windows leading to and
overlooking the pool, sun-beds, outdoor dining area with fan
and light above. All linen and towels are supplied.
On site there boats and pedal boats that can be taken onto
the lake, together with the luxury of being able to fish from
your own back yard.
