The Villa

Luxury 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom executive villa (3 masters are en-suite), sleeps 14 plus foldaway bed suitable for tot and 2 cots. Situated on a south-facing corner plot, the screened 28ft x 14ft swimming pool is set in an extended decking area, allowing maximum sunshine from morning till dusk. As the evening draws in, enjoy a BBQ by the underwater-lit pool. This is the perfect villa for large families, multiple families, or indeed groups of friends who wish to holiday together under one roof.

Location

Brand new for 2004, Blue Skies Villa is set in the beautiful resort of Hampton Lakes. This $75m prestigious development is located in the 'Disney Triangle' on highway 27. Being less than a 5 minute drive away from either the 192 or the Interstate 4, getting to the entrance of Disney World Drive takes approximately 12 minutes. If you fancy a trip to the coast, either to the Atlantic east coast or to the white sands of the west Gulf coast, then these are approximately 1 hour away in either direction. Nearby there are a number of eating establishments and supermarkets. Finally, not forgetting the golfers, there are many golf courses to suit all levels just a short drive away.

Accommodation

Luxuriously furnished throughout, this fully air-conditioned villa has 6 bedrooms (3 en suite), 4 bathrooms. Master 1 comprises a king bed, large walk-in robe, and en-suite bathroom complete with deep oval bath, double shower and 'his-n-hers' wash basins. Master 2 has a queen bed, large wardrobe and dresser, and en-suite bathroom with shower facilities. Master 3 has a Queen bed, large wardrobe and dresser, and en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. The two twin bedrooms are designed with children in mind. Both of the rooms are full with the magic of Disney! The communal bathroom is situated upstairs and has both bath and shower facilities.

For stays of less than 7 days (1 week), a cleaning fee may be incurred.
