The Villa

Detached two-storey villa with south-facing pool. Our home sleeps up to 8 people and is the perfect location for your vacation in Florida.

Location

The gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven near Champions Gate. Our home is perfectly located for Disneyworld, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and all the other theme parks. Greg Norman's Champions Gate golf courses are less than 2 miles away.

Accommodation

4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins), 3 bathrooms upstairs (2 en suite); 1 WC downstairs, large family room, dining room, quiet sitting room, south-facing pool, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook; utility room upstairs with washer and dryer and ironing facilities.

Facilities

4 cable TVs, 2 DVD players, 1 VCR, 1 CD player/radio, hair dryers. All linen, towels and pool towels provided.

By the pool there are 2 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs with foot stools, 2 side tables, a large table with cover and 4 chairs. The pool deck is partially covered, with lighting and a fan. The pool can be illuminated at night. The pool can be heated in winter.

Additional Information

The above prices include 10% Florida Sales Tax. $300 security deposit is required, payable to our management company. Pool heating is charged £50/$75 per week. A 25% deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 10 weeks before the rental commences.

The telephone in the villa is free to use for local calls.
