Location
Magic Mickey Villa is situated in the relaxing, peaceful
community of West Stonebridge just off US27. A mere 15 Minutes
drive from Disneyworld, it is the perfect location to base
your Florida vacation from. There are many golf courses to
choose from and, being less than 10 minutes from Interstate
4, you have easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.
The US27 links straight into the US192 where you can shop till you drop then dine out at one of its many restaurants. All the major parks and attractions are within 30 minutes drive.
Accommodation
The villa has one master bedroom and one guest room, both
en-suite. There are 2 twin bedrooms sharing the third bathroom.
The remaining areas of the property comprise a large open-plan
fully fitted kitchen with breakfast dining nook, a 6-seater
dining room and adjoining family room with cable TV, hi-fi,
DVD player, etc. The villa has a large utility room leading
to a double garage.
FacilitiesThe villa has cable TV, DVD player, hi-fi music centre and much more for your enjoyment. A fully furnished kitchen contains a full cooker, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee-maker and blending machine. The utility room comes with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All rooms are fully air conditioned. There are 2 showers plus large bath in the master bedroom. You have 3 dining areas to choose from: breakfast, dining and the pool area where there is ample room to enjoy the evening sunshine.

Additional InformationThe above prices include tax, electricity and gas. Pool Heating is £15/$25 per day or £100/$150 per week. A £100/$150 booking deposit per week will be required at the time of booking. Full balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of £200/$300 will be required prior to your arrival, this will be returned approximately 4 weeks after your departure. Cots, High Chairs and BBQ are available, prices on request. The telephone is free to use for local calls.
