The Villa

Beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home, located only 5 minutes from Disney in the Formosa Gardens area. Sits on corner lot. This home is tastefully decorated throughout. It has two master suites, a family room with glass sliding patio window opening onto a covered lanai. The south-facing pool is enclosed by a screen with views of the nearby lake.

Location

Located on the Rolling Hills sub division in the Splendid China area and within 5 minutes of Disney World's main entrance on the west Highway 192 with all its attractions, shops restaurants, etc. Within 8 minutes of the Interstate 4 and the Greenway 417. Orlando Airport, Florida Mall and Downtown Orlando only 30 minutes away. Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild 25 minutes. Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center the space coast are 1 hour away. The beautiful Gulf coast, Tampa and Clearwater only just a little more than 1 hour away.

Accommodation

This home has two master bedrooms with en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms with twin beds in each with shared full bathroom. Cathedral ceiling to open plan entrance hall, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, family room with access to the pool deck. A laundry room is off the kitchen with access to a double garage. The main master suite has sliding glass patio window to lanai and the pool deck.

Facilities

The family room has TV, VCR and stereo system. Kitchen fully fitted units, full stove, full fridge-freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave oven, coffee-maker, toaster, blender. In the laundry is a washer, dryer, ironing board with iron. Master suites have full en suite bathrooms with walk in closets and ceiling fans. The main master has TV. The home is fully air conditioned and heated from the central unit located in the laundry. Covered lanai illuminated, patio furniture, pool deck with screened heated swimming pool. The home is fully furnished and has all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linens and towels, etc.

Additional Information

Pool heat is an additional charge of $25 per day and must be ordered for the entire stay (minimum 3 days). Cribs, highchairs and barbecues are available for hire. Airport meet/greet at Orlando $70 or Sandford $90.

All accommodation prices and additional prices shown are subject to tax at the present current rate of 13%. Credit card details are taken at the time of booking to hold the home. No money is taken from the card until your arrival when you can pay in full by credit card, cashier's cheque, travellers cheques or cash. Personal cheques are not accepted unless received 1 month before arrival. Cash in US dollars. GB sterling and euros are also accepted at the current rate at time of payment. No deposit required except for Easter and Christmas bookings which is $200 paid at time of booking and non-refundable unless cancelled before 1 month of arrival. Credit cards excepted are Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Amex.

Telephones at the villa are available to use, calls are free for emergency services, local and toll free calls. Toll calls and international calls require a credit card or telephone card for payment.
