The VillaOur spacious air-conditioned villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and will sleep up to 10 people. The 30ft x 15ft secluded pool and spa is south-facing, and is ideal for relaxing after a day at the theme parks or malls.
Location
Ideally located in the established gated community of The
Manors South at Westridge on the US27, only a few minutes
from I4 and US192. It is handy for trips to Disney (15 minutes),
and central Florida's other theme parks with the Gulf and
Atlantic coasts easily accessible. ChampionsGate golf course
is less than 5 minutes drive away, with lots of other golf
courses nearby. There is a variety of restaurants and supermarkets
close by. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive
away with Sanford approximately 50 minutes drive.
AccommodationIt is spacious, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining area and kitchen area, along with a breakfast bar, nook, family area and sitting area looking on to the pool deck. Both the family area and the living area have patio doors on to the pool deck. The family area has cable TV, VCR and a ceiling fan. The kitchen appliances include electric cooker, built-in microwave, large capacity fridge-freezer with ice-maker, coffee percolator, 4-slice toaster, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and telephone/answering machine with free local calls. The large master bedroom, with patio doors on to the pool area, features a luxurious king-size bed, cable TV and ceiling fan. It has its own well-appointed bathroom with walk-in shower, oval bath and twin vanity areas. Four further bedrooms, three with twin beds and one with double bed, have ample storage room and are located adjacent to the other two bathrooms, both with their own shower facilities. Along with a sofa bed in the living area this gives sleeping accommodation for up to twelve people.
FacilitiesAll linen, towels, 2 hairdryers and a cot are provided. A large washing machine and tumble dryer along with ironing facilities are located in the utility room with access to the 2-car garage.
