The Villa

A luxurious villa. You will enjoy your own fully screened south-facing pool with electric heater (optional), 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms (2 double bedrooms – 3 twins), 3 bathrooms (1 en suite to the master bedroom), multi-channel TV, telephone services, washer, dryer and a comprehensive kitchen. The villa is fully air-conditioned/heated for your comfort and will sleep 10/12.

Location

Welcome to our villa located on Clear Creek, at Woodridge, only 10 Minutes from the entrance to Disney World and 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. This is a new exclusive development within easy reach of all the major attractions and some superb golf courses. Although it is close to all the attractions, it is also a very quiet community. At the entrance to Woodridge you will find for your convenience a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office, and a bank.

Accommodation

The sunny lounge/dining area is very spacious with lofted cathedral ceilings. It has a large multi-channel TV and hi-fi. There is a generous 3-seater sofa which can be converted to a double bed if required as well as two comfy arm chairs. This modern, well-crafted kitchen comes with all the comforts you could wish for. There is a large electric oven/grill with halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste-disposal unit and a generous fridge-freezer with an ice-making facility. A comprehensive range of crockery, pans and utensils are all to hand. The south-facing pool and deck area are fully screened to allow maximum enjoyment. There is a generous deck area and shaded lanai for your comfort. During the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated.

Ideally situated for Disney and all central Florida attractions. Other activities available include swimming, golf, fishing, horse riding and shopping.

Additional Information

• Pool heating is recommended for the cooler winter months of October to March inclusive.
• This is an extra charge of £85 ($150) per week (inclusive of tax).
• Bookings of 4 nights or less are subject to an additional surcharge of £50/$90.
• Deposit of £100/$175 per week due on booking and final balance required 8 weeks before arrival.
• £200 / $350 returnable security deposit applies.
• All rates are per week and until booking is confirmed are subject to change without notice.
• Additional nights are charged pro-rata.
• Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or longer.
• Rates are negotiable at certain times of year – please enquire.
