The Villa

Our brand new vacation home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is only 5 miles from Walt Disney World at Grand Palms, a select development of 86 condominiums, with a large communal swimming pool, spa pool, tennis court and picnic and barbecue area.

Location

Located just 5 miles from Disney, just south of the 192 on the prestigious Grand Palms Resort, in Kissimmee, Orlando. Grand Palms is situated close to all the Orlando attractions, including Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld and shopping malls, etc. Shops, including a 24-hour Wal-Mart supermarket, pharmacy and numerous restaurants are all nearby and easily reached within minutes. Grand Palms Resort boasts a large, seasonally heated swimming pool, spa pool, tennis court, barbecue and picnic area.

Accommodation

Our condo has a large, fully tiled, open-plan lounge and dining room, with cable TV, DVD, VCR and mini hi-fi system. We also have a selection of DVDs, videos, CDs and board games for your enjoyment. We have a large 3-seater sofa which converts to a queen-size double bed and a 2-seater sofa. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably.

The Master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, cable TV, alarm clock/radio, telephone, hair dryer and en suite bathroom with a full-size bath and shower. Our second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV and radio/alarm clock. The third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom is also fitted with a full-size bath and shower. Each bedroom has a large closet for all your clothes.

At the rear of our condo, our west-facing screened balcony with a table and 4 chairs overlooks a conservation lake, and is perfect for watching those wonderful Florida sunsets.

Facilities

Our fully fitted kitchen has all amenities including fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, washer, dryer, cutlery, crockery, kettle, coffee-maker, a breakfast table and 2 chairs.

All linen (towels and sheets) are provided, together with an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner should you be missing those household chores...
