The Villa

This privately owned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury pool home is located just 10 minutes drive from Disney! The villa is beautifully furnished and has everything you will need for a perfect holiday. Our villa backs on to a conservation area so you are not overlooked!

Location

Our villa is located on US Highway 27, just north of Interstate 4. Disney is just 10 minutes drive and theme parks such as Seaworld are just half an hour away!

Accommodation

Our villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom giving access to the pool area. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has twin beds. There is a sleeper in the family room accommodating two further guests. There is a further bathroom in between bedrooms two and three.

Facilities

There is cable TV to the family room and master bedroom. There is a video to the family room. There is a washer/dryer for guests use and the kitchen is fully equipped should guests wish to dine at home. There is a screened lanai area where there is a table and chairs plus loungers. The pool is 30 x 15 (the largest pool in the community) and there is a spa too! Book now – we guarantee you will not be disappointed!

To secure booking, a deposit of £100/$175 is required, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable security deposit of £150/$270 providing there are no breakages, etc.
