The Villa

Luxury 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom executive villa sleeps up to 12 people and located just 12 minutes from Disney. It has its own large private screened pool with extended lanai area.

Location

The villa lies within 12 minutes drive of Disney World and is situated in the up-market 'Village at Tuscan Ridge' which is located in the 'Disney Triangle' on US Highway 27. Being less than 5 minutes drive from the Interstate 4, it is ideally placed for trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts (eg. Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater and Tampa Bay). Nearby there is a vast array of eating establishments and a number of supermarkets. A championship golf-course is less than 5 minutes drive away. All the other major Orlando attractions are within 30 minutes drive.

Accommodation

This 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom villa comprises three master suites (king, queen, standard) along with two further twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. A large family room overlooks the pool area with separate dining area. Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook dining area plus laundry room complete the interior.

Facilities

Large private, south-facing, fully screened heated pool and spa with extended deck area offering ample poolside dining furniture and padded sun loungers. Home entertainment provided includes several cable TVs with DVD/video systems, books, games and toys. Games room features 8ft professionally installed pool table, foosball and darts.
