The Villa

Luxury 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa, set in a quiet area of Kissimmee on the bank of a small lake, close to all major attractions. Heated pool, luxury furnished, double garage, sleeps up to 8 people. Fully insured for rentals.

Location

Our villa is located in the Crescent Lakes area of Kissimmee, ideally located for all the major attractions yet set in a nice quiet area where you can get away from it all and relax by your own pool.

Accommodation

Family lounge: after a fun-filled day of activities at the world-famous attractions, you can unwind in the comfort of the spacious Floridian style open-planned family lounge. Kitchen/breakfast room: this open-planned kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped. Dining room: for a more formal dining experience, you can sit at the large dining table with its 6 high-backed, cushioned chairs. Patio/pool: leading from the patio doors in the family lounge area, relax and dine in the peaceful haven that is the privacy of your own lakeview pool.

Bedrooms: the 3 bedrooms sleep up to 6 people and with a queen size sofa bed you can accommodate a further 2 guests, sleeping 8 people in total comfort. Family bathroom: the family bathroom is adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3 and comprises a champagne-coloured 3-piece suite, with an overhead shower in the bath.

Facilities

In the spacious Floridian style open-planned family lounge, you will find a 3-seater sofa, which converts into a queen size bed, a 2-seater sofa, coffee tables with reading lamps, a home entertainment system comprising cable TV, VCR, and stereo CD hi-fi unit, in fact all the creature comforts of home.

The kitchen/breakfast diner is fully equipped including a breakfast bar and informal dining table with 4 chairs. The spacious custom-built kitchen contains a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, kettle, waste disposal unit and all the modern utensils you would expect to find in your own home. This kitchen is complimented with a full utility room furnished with larger sized washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Poolside furniture is provided for you to laze away under the glorious Florida sunshine, whilst taking in all of the amazing wildlife, which frequents the lake. The fully screened pool deck area allows you to avoid the bugs and relax in comfort and, unlike a lot of properties, the pool is blessed with having the sun on it all day. When the Florida sun gets too much, you can retire to the shaded patio area. There is a second access to the pool area via the master bedroom. All access to the pool area is fitted with child alarms for their safety and your peace of mind.

Additional Information

The above prices exclude 10% Florida Sales Tax. A security deposit of £100 is taken. Pool heating is charged at £7 per night's stay. A 20% deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 12 weeks before the rental commences. The telephone in the villa is free to use for local, national and international calls.
