Tuscan Delight offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fantastic games room and a superb south-facing 30 ft swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with a host of luxury extras to make your ideal holiday.

Location

Tuscan Delight is perfectly located on one of Florida’s premier developments surrounded by fragrant orange groves and conservation. Major shops, restaurants, theme parks and, naturally, an abundance of championship golf courses are all within minutes of Tuscan Ridge. Orlando International Airport is a very quick 40 minutes away and you are only 45 minutes to beaches on either side of Florida. You really do have everything on your doorstep.

Accommodation

This beautiful home offers 2 queen master bedrooms each with its own bathroom and cable TV, a further queen bedroom shares the third bathroom with a delightful twin room and the trendy kids bedroom with triple bunk. A large family room overlooks the pool area and we have a separate elegant dining room. Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast nook plus a utility room and the games room complete the interior.

Facilities

The family room has cable TV with DVD/video and there are further TVs in 3 bedrooms, a PlayStation2 is in the kids room along with lots of toys, books, games and DVDs. The games room has a full-size professional, slate pool table, football table and electronic darts, etc. The amazing pool is south-facing 30 ft with an additional built-in Jacuzzi, a covered lanai and lots of padded patio furniture.
