The Villa

Heron View is a luxury 4-bedroom, executive villa that easily sleeps 10. It has its own large private south-west-facing, heatable screened pool with extended decking and lanai area that can be fully lit at night for evening use and entertainment. The pool overlooks a beautiful conservation area and the sunset is magnificent!

Location

Heron View lies within 12 minutes drive of Disney World and is situated in the up-market Highlands Reserve Golf resort which is located in the 'Disney Triangle' on US Highway 27. Being less than 5 minutes drive from the Interstate 4, it is ideally placed for trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts (eg. Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater and Tampa Bay). Nearby there is a vast array of eating establishments and a number of supermarkets. It is set on the stunning championship golf-course, which is a true delight. All the other major Orlando attractions are within 30 minutes drive.

Accommodation

The villa master bedroom has a large walk-in en suite and walk-in shower, and is fitted with cable TV. There are a further three bedrooms, one of which is a second master, and a family bathroom and half-bath. The remainder of the property comprises: a fully fitted kitchen, kitchen dining nook, great room with full entertainment centre, dining room seating 10 and a utility room. There is also a double garage.

Facilities

The great room has a large TV, DVD, VCR and entertainment centre with surround sound. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice and water dispenser, toaster, coffee-maker, blender, kettle, disposal system, etc. In the utility there is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include, full air conditioning, numerous sun-beds, outdoor dining area with fan and light above and a large gas BBQ. All linen and towels are supplied. On site there is a tennis court, huge community pool, and children’s play area, all of which are free for use by The Highlands' residents and guests.
