LocationOur villa is located within the prestigious development known as "Countryside" Tuscan Ridge, which is situated on the convenient Highway 27, Davenport, and has a children's play area and tennis court, free for all guests. Our home is close to all major attractions and only 15 minutes to the Disney World Resort. Local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets are just minutes away. For the golf enthusiast our villa is ideally located for many spectacular golf courses, including Champions Gate. Travelling time to theme parks: - Magic Kingdom – 15 minutes

AccommodationOur master suite has a king size bed, cable television and DVD player. Off the bedroom is a large en-suite bathroom. A second master suite has a queen size bed, cable television and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin-bedded rooms. Both have cable television and share a connecting bathroom. Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom. This room has cable television and DVD player. We have 2 spacious lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, utility area and double garage.
FacilitiesOur private swimming pool is fully screened. The pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children. The large deck area has a SPA and a large terrace with a range of patio furniture and loungers.
The family room has cable television with surround sound
system, DVD and a CD player. There is also a desk area with
phone point for Internet access if required.
Our large open plan kitchen is well equipped for 12 guests with all utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. It has a gas cooker, built-in microwave oven, large, side by side refrigerator-freezer with ice-maker and chilled drinks dispenser a dishwasher and garbage disposal unit. The utility room consists of washing machine, tumble dryer, sink unit, ironing board and iron. All linen and towels are provided. Free use of crib, highchair and stroller. PlayStation 2 + games. Electronic front door lock – no need for keys.

Additional InformationPrices listed are for the entire villa per week, regardless of number of guests in the party. All prices listed are inclusive of 11.5% state tax, end-of-stay cleaning and utilities. Optional Pool and Spa heating £100/$170 per week. Minimum 3-night stay. Stays of less than 7 nights are on a pro rata basis and are subject to a cleaning charge of $80. A deposit of £200/$300 must accompany bookings, this is non-refundable. The balance is payable ten weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £250/$375.
The property is available after 4:00pm on the day of arrival
and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
