The Villa

Spectacular vacation home with private pool only 4 miles from Disney World. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished.

Location

Our home is conveniently located in Indian Wells, the closest private community to Walt Disney World (5 minutes by car), and all other major attractions, including Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild and many others, all within easy reach. In the immediate area there are dozens of golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, beautiful lakes and over 100 speciality shops.

Accommodation

The well-planned spacious accommodation will comfortably sleep 8 guests. Master bedroom has king size bed with private bathroom and shower; bedroom 2 has queen size bed; bedroom 3 has twin beds. Second bathroom with tub/shower. All bedrooms with cable TV, DVD and VCR.

Living room has 27" cable TV, DVD, VCR, queen size sleep sofa and loveseat.

Dining area seats 6 – 8 guests.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, breakfast table and much more.

Crib, high-chair, washer, dryer and all linens included.

Private fenced yard with private screened pool. Also enjoy use of the large private community pool and recreational facilities including tennis courts, professionally-equipped children’s play area, basketball court, fishing dock and softball area.
