The Villa

Sandy Villa a brand new executive 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home.

Location

Our villa is located on large 50' plot with conservation woodland views to the side and rear. The pool and deck are west-facing, giving great exposure to the sun. The villa is only 30 minutes drive from Orlando airport and 5 minutes from the Interstate I4 highway and Champions Gate complex. The shops and restaurants on the 192 highway are within easy reach, offering every conceivable eating experience you could want.

Most importantly the Disney theme parks are only 8 miles drive away. For a change from the parks, in one hour you can visit the beautiful sandy beaches on either the east or west coasts.

Accommodation

We have a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you would expect, together with laundry faculties in the garage.

Our beautiful family lounge has two sofas and an arm chair to relax on and large 32" screen TV with VCR and DVD. There is formal dining for 6 and a further breakfast table and bar with stools in the kitchen. There is games room with pool/billiards table, air hockey and darts, plus of course a PlayStation 2 games console for the children to play.

Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (ideal for 2 families). Our 1st master boasts a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and bedside units and chest of drawers. The 2nd master has a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside units and drawers. Bedroom #5 also has a queen-size bed, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The two further bedrooms have twin beds, bedside units and built-in wardrobes. Both share the third bathroom.

All rooms have cable TV and there is a hi-fi music centre in the lounge. The villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans to help keep you cool in the summer.

The curved shaped pool is 28' x 14' and has a separate spa/Jacuzzi – fantastic for relaxing after a busy day. There are padded sunloungers for some sun-worshiping and a covered lanai with fan and table and chairs ideal for 'alfresco' dining. During the cooler months there is of course a heater for the pool and spa (at additional cost).
