The Villa

Visit our tasteful four-bedroom two-bathroom house, with its own heated screened pool and extended out door seating area, complete with optional child safety fence. Our house includes all the facilities you will require for a perfect Florida holiday.

Location

Situated at Tuscan Ridge, this is a quiet, beautiful retreat, off Highway 27, but just 12 miles from Disneyworld, and only 2 miles to the nearest supermarket and shops. Interstate 4 is only 5 minutes south and Highway 192, 15 minutes to the north with its astounding array of shops and restaurants. Most Orlando attractions within 30 minutes drive – theme parks, shopping, restaurants, international drive and many golf courses. Gulf coast or Atlantic coast both just one hour away!

Accommodation

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom with separate shower and twin basins. Further double bedroom, and two twin rooms, which have their own bathroom. The lounge also has a sofa bed, if required. Double garage.

Facilities

The lounge has a TV, DVD and hi-fi with CDs also a collection of board games. (Second TV in master bedroom). The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer (with ice-maker) toaster, and coffee-maker. In the utility there is a washer and dryer, ironing facilities.

Other facilities include, full air conditioning, solar or gas heated pool, baby high chair, cot, sun-beds. Elegant indoor dining area, or covered external dining area with glass top table, complete with fan and lights. All linen and bath towels are supplied. On site there is a tennis court.
