The Villa

Citrus Grove Villa is a stunning 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom executive villa sleeping 10 plus infants. It is luxuriously furnished, beautifully designed, lavishly equipped and has a fabulous covered pool, spa and decking area. The ultimate in family vacation luxury and undoubtedly one of the finest vacation homes in the area.

Location

Citrus Grove Villa is located on the prestige, tranquil and much sought-after Countryside at Tuscan Ridge. It is just 15 minutes from Disney and only 3 minutes from the I-4 interstate, thus providing quick and easy access to all the other Orlando attractions, as well as Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and the fabulous beaches of both coasts. Although it is located well away from the hustle and bustle of the "bright lights" (very desirable), there are still numerous shops, huge supermarkets, dozens of restaurants and fabulous golf courses close by.

The villa is furnished and equipped to a far higher standard than is the norm and has been designed to provide the perfect vacation for those of discerning taste. It is nevertheless 100% practical for families – we have kids of our own after all!

Kitchen is utterly comprehensively equipped with just about every appliance, item of cookware, crockery, glassware, gizmo, gadget and culinary accessory you could imagine – as well as many you might not! All premium brands too.

Dining room is equipped for stylish formal dining or entertaining and also has a telephone and hi-fi.

Full range of baby accessories including cot, bedding, high chair, monitor, stair gate, steriliser, bottle warmer, etc.

Pool (with fibre optic lighting) and programmable spa can be heated (extra cost) and there are plenty of top-of-the-range loungers, recliners, ottomans, side tables, dining tables and chairs, a parasol and a huge gas barbecue. Pool towels and a wide range of pool toys are also provided. Undercover poolside areas are illuminated and there is also a ceiling fan.

Laundry room has washer, drier, bagless vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and full range of cleaning and laundry accessories.

Additional Information

Rental rates are fully inclusive of all taxes. Optional pool and spa heating is £95/$175 per week. £250/$450 security deposit required. 20% deposit required at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to occupancy.

Villa is strictly no smoking (inside and poolside) and no pets are permitted.
