The Villa

Exclusive 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with games room and home office at Rolling Hills – only 2.5 miles from Disney. It has 2 master suites with king-size beds and 2 twins. Free long distance and international calls, PS2 and games. South-facing pool overlooks pine copse.

Location

Rolling Hills is located just past marker 5 on the 192 at the Formosa Gardens Estates which is shortly after the Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza. It is a small, friendly community with only 292 villas on it. Rolling Hills is only a few minutes from Disney, 10/15 to Sea World, 15/20 to Universal and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Accommodation

2 fabulous master suites attractively furnished with king-size beds with walk-in wardrobes and Hollywood-style mirrors in the bathrooms, and TVs in both rooms. One master suite overlooks the south-facing pool, the other has a home office.

There are 2 twin bed rooms, one with a Winnie the Pooh theme and selection of toys and books, both with large wardrobes (TV/VCR in both rooms). A third bathroom has a Hollywood-style mirror.

• The above prices include 13% Florida Sales Tax.
• A security deposit of £150 is taken.
• Pool heating is charged at £16/$25 per night's stay or £90/$150 per week.
• A 25% deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 8 weeks before the rental commences.
• The telephone in the villa is free to use for local, national and international calls.
