The Villa

This is the perfect way to vacation near Disney World, Florida! Fully furnished, 3 or 4 bedroom homes with private pools! All you need bring is yourselves, and a vacation mood. We are the owners, and live nearby to be of any assistance.

Location

Just 5 miles to Disney World, and centrally located to all Florida has to offer for those day trips. Located in a subdivision called Indian Ridge and Indian Ridge Oaks. We maintain our own homes to perfection.

Accommodation

We have 3 and 4 bedroom homes available. A 3 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 8 and a 4 a maximum of 10. We provide port o crib, highchair, and stroller for the little ones. All homes are fully furnished.

Facilities

All homes have TVs, VCRs, linen, cooking utensils, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, etc. Everything you need to make your stay a home away from home!

Additional Information

Pool heat is optional from October to March at $25 per day.

We do require a $250 booking deposit to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We also require a separate $250 refundable damage deposit.
