The Villa
Villa Arancio is a luxury executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom
villa with games room, ideally located on the exclusive and
stylish Countryside development at Tuscan Ridge, just 15 minutes
from Walt Disney World. Fitted out to the highest standard
and fully air conditioned, the villa sleeps up to 10 people.
The larger-than-average fenced plot includes a south-facing
pool and Jacuzzi which is totally secluded from neighbouring
villas.
Location
Tuscan Ridge is located on US27, just 15 minutes south of
Walt Disney World and Florida's other world famous attractions.
Orlando International Airport is a 30 minute drive and it's
just over an hour from Sandford Airport. Situated just a few
minutes from shops, hypermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars.
The Interstate 4 is less than 5 minutes away, which gives
easy access to both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, including
Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater and Tampa Bay. Close by are
the superb Greg Norman-designed Champions Gate Golf Course
and the Southern Dunes Golf Club which are rated in the top
10 courses in Florida.
Accommodation
Villa Arancio has 4 bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom
with king size bed and en suite bathroom (which includes bath
and shower and his and hers basins), second master bedroom
with queen size bed, 2 twin rooms. There is a family bathroom
with shower, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook seating
4, family room overlooking the pool, sitting room with sofa
bed, dining room seating 8, utility room, pool toilet and
games room.
Facilities
The spacious and comfortable family room features a gas fireplace,
with a large wide-screened cable TV and a video/DVD player
with DVDs. A portable stereo is available for using in any
room. The sitting room has a 27" cable TV and Nintendo Game
Cube with a selection of games. The games room includes an
8ft pool table, table football and dartboard. Included in
the master bedroom is a 24" cable TV and the queen room an
LCD flat-screen cable TV. All bedrooms have a clock radio.
The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice/water
dispenser, dishwasher, and many smaller electrical appliances
such as juicer, blender, etc., kettle, toaster and coffee-maker.
There is also a selection of kitchen utensils, dishes and
pans, cutlery and fine china crockery. The utility room has
a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing
board. The villa is fully air conditioned with additional
ceiling fans in each room.
Both the south-facing pool and separate Jacuzzi can be heated.
The pool is surrounded by a large patio area with covered
lanai and ceiling fans. The patio furniture is a deluxe range
consisting of table and six chairs, four sun loungers and
occasional table. The whole pool and deck are fully screened
which keeps the bugs out, but still lets the sun in.
All linen and towels are supplied, including pool towels.
Many extras include hairdryers, plug adapters, travel cot,
buggy, and baby monitor.
On site there is a children's play area which is free for
use of residents and guests.

Additional Information
Rental prices are per week which includes electricity, gas,
all bed linen and towels. A reservation will only be confirmed
when the 20% deposit on the total amount of rental is paid,
the balance being payable 12 weeks before the rental commences.
Pool and spa heat is optional – at a cost of £100 per week
(please request this at the time of booking).
All reservations are due a security deposit of £175 per stay.
The deposit will be collected by our management company on
arrival.
