LocationHigh Grove, with its distinctive red-tiled roofs, is a privately gated community of homes in a superb location at the junction of highway 192 with all its attractions, shops and restaurants and US 27. A 24-hour Wal-Mart is less than 5 minutes drive and numerous other convenience stores are very close. AccommodationHappy Days is furnished throughout to very high standards. It contains four bedrooms of which two are master suites with six-foot beds and en suite bathrooms with walk-in shower in each. The other two are twin-bedded rooms and share a 'jack and jill' style bathroom. All are amply furnished with wardrobes and drawers. The open-plan lounge has two sumptuous leather sofas and an armchair. One of the sofas doubles up as a sofabed. The kitchen-diner is well-equipped with seating for eight.
FacilitiesFor your entertainment we have four televisions, a DVD and CD player, and a Playstation 2 with a selection of games. Our garage has been converted to a games room with pool, table tennis and arcade style air hockey. The pool can be optionally heated and the pool area is well furnished with sun loungers, chairs and table. Access to the pool is via alarmed doors to prevent unsupervised child access. Our superbly equipped kitchen has every modern convenience including electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, blender, hand mixer, toaster and 12-place setting crockery and cutlery sets. We also provide a washer, dryer, iron and board.

Additional InformationPool heating can be provided on request at a charge of £12 $19 per day. Rates include taxes and are for rental of the villa, not price per person. A minimum charge equivalent to the charge for six nights will apply. To confirm booking, we will require a deposit of £100 per week within 7 days of our confirmation of your arrangements. A higher deposit may be required for premium dates. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and booking form. Full terms and conditions will be provided once an enquiry is made and availability confirmed. For the comfort of all our guests, this is a no smoking villa and due to insurance restrictions, we cannot allow pets on the premises.
