The Villa
Original 1930s old Tybee beach cottage. Come and relive your
childhood memories of trips to the beach. My Beach House is
filled with vintage furnishings all for sale to our 'Tybee
Cousins'. Dogs welcome. 'My Little Beach House' sits within
fenced backyard and is included in rental of house.
Location
My Beach House is tucked down a private sandy lane with private
beach access. 198 steps to the beach. No streets to cross
to get to the wide sandy shore. Two blocks from the pier,
beach shops, restaurants, pubs and more. 20 minute peaceful
drive over the marsh and bridge from historic Savannah, Georgia.
Accommodation
Upstairs: Two bedrooms, king bed and two twins. Queen futon
in living room, TV/VCR/DVD, breakfast area, kitchen, bath
and large screened porch.
Downstairs: Separate open-style suite with queen bed hidden
behind painted screen. Double hide-a-bed in living room, breakfast
area, kitchen and bath. Opens out into ping pong game area.
Facilities
There is a washer and dryer in the breezeway for your use.
Ping pong table, horseshoes, beach chairs, Roleez Beach Cart,
umbrella, coolers, beach towels, sand toys, beach-combing
metal detector. My Little Beach House within fenced backyard
with small daybed, dresser, games and game table. Grill, cable
TV/VCR/DVD. All linen and towels included.

Relax upstairs on the large screened porch shaded by 4 giant
palm trees and catch the ocean breeze with your very own mermaid.
Mini-vegetable garden for your cook-outs. Great restaurants,
kayaking, climb to the top of Tybee Lighthouse. Tour Old Fort
Screven. Tour Fort Pulaski, National Monument. Short ferry
ride from St Mary's over to Cumberland Island, National Seashore.
Dolphin tours, deep-sea fishing, para-sailing.
