The Villa

Blossoms, palms and Hawaiian tiki welcome you as you enter the 1/4 acre property tucked away beach side at the end of a private lane. The large 7 bedrooms, 5 baths home is surrounded by exotic tropical gardens and is just steps to Kailua's beautiful beach, 75 yards via a private right of way.

Rent just a 1 bedroom 1 bath suite for $125 per night, a 2/2 for $175 per night, the 4/2 for $325 per night, or the whole 7 bedroom 5 bath for $652 per night for the whole family. All the amenities are here at the beach house for your convenience.

Location

Kailua Beach is a small town located on the beautiful north-east shore of Oahu which is loved for its many beaches and accessible offshore islands. It is only a 25 minute drive to the airport, Honolulu or Waikiki. The beautiful 3 mile stretch of sparkling Kailua Beach and adjoining Lanikai Beach have been rated tops among America's best beaches. Swimming, surfing, snorkelling, fishing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, golf, tennis, shopping, theatres and restaurants are some year-round activities to be enjoyed in Kailua.

Accommodation

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath for 2 guests. Over 800 square feet of space, including a big living room, kitchen area, dining area and covered lanai. Sliding glass doors open to your own tropical splendour. ($125 per night)

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath east wing for 4 guests. Split level and over 1,000 square feet. Large living room, cathedral ceilings, kitchen and dining nook. Enjoy breakfast on your own lovely ocean side lanai. ($175 per night)

4 Bedroom, 2 Bath main house for 6 guests. Formal entry and leaded glass door open to a spacious and luxurious split level home, over 3,000 sq ft of living area. Fabulous floor to ceiling windows with garden and some ocean views. Gourmet granite kitchen, dining room, den, front deck and back lanai. ($325 per night)

Facilities

Your home in paradise is modern and spacious with private entries and ample onsite parking. Designed with lots of windows, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, ceramic tiles, quartzite, and granite – all make for a cool and comfortable ambience. The interiors are completely furnished in a tropical rattan style and include ample cooking appliances, all utensils, big private baths, lots of towels and linens, cable TV, phone, fax, BBQ, laundry area, and many fun children's and beach accessories.

Additional Information

To reserve one of our units we require a deposit. There is a cleaning fee plus 4% and 7% State tax to be added to all prices. Full payment is due upon arrival in cheques or cash, with the deposit refunded after checkout without damage. The minimum stay is 7 nights with discounts on stays over 30 nights. $20 per night per additional person or child. For the quiet enjoyment of all guests and neighbours, no parties or gatherings on the premises.
