The Villa

The house is a classic Victorian (3-5 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms) located in the heart of Stonington with a great view of the harbour and the islands to the south and west. The house has just been completely redone and is fully winterised.

Location

Stonington is home of one of the largest lobster fleets in Maine, and a frequent mooring spot for schooners and yachts during the summer. The New England village boasts spectacular views as every turn, and has many galleries and restaurants.

3-5 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living/dining room, sitting area overlooking Stonington Harbor, great location. All new appliances and mattresses. House normally rents with 3 bedrooms, but 2 additional bedrooms are available for an additional rate. House has been completely redone in 2003 and 2004 with new paint, completely renovated bathrooms, new windows, new roof, new appliances, refinished floors downstairs, new furnishings.
