Vacation in mid-coast Maine in a charming, furnished studio apartment. Located in Lincolnville, a classic Maine seaside town near Camden, Rockport, and Belfast. Lodging for three people. A four season weekly rental with an ocean view. Walk to sandy beach, restaurants and shops.

Location

We are within walking distance of a sandy beach, the ferry to Islesboro, four restaurants, and a small grocery store. We are 6 miles from Camden with all of its attractions. The studio is fully winterised so the loft is available for weekly rental off season. Experience the flowers in spring, the foliage during the fall, and in the winter ski 10 minutes away, at the Camden Snow Bowl, a great little mountain that overlooks Penobscot Bay and the Islands.

Accommodation

This cosy studio apartment is the loft above my art studio in our newly built barn. It has all wood interior with a small balcony overlooking Lincolnville Beach. It has a charming layout with a cathedral ceiling in the sitting area. The loft sleeps 3 but is perfection for two. There is a queen size bed and a built-in single bed. There is a good size bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking.
