The Villa

This vacation condominium within the Surfside Resort is very comfortable, clean, cosy, and well supplied for your enjoyment. It has one bedroom and two full bathrooms and is available for your up north getaways on a year round basis.

Location

Watch the sun set over the water from your private deck, walk across the lane, and stretch out around the fire pit, or wander along the sandy beach. Our guests are very close to the wide open sugar sand beach in this Oscoda Michigan resort.

Accommodation

The living room is nicely decorated, and this condo is ideal for either a couple wanting a great getaway at the lake, or for a family of up to four. There is a perfect view of the beach from the living room sofa! Everyone will enjoy the brand new 27" stereo television with cable, along with a VCR player, and there is a portable stereo with a CD player, and a separate alarm clock in the bedroom.

Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, and a microwave for your cooking needs. Besides the full-size refrigerator, stove, and portable dishwasher, there is an electric can-opener, toaster, and coffee-maker as well.

Plenty of towels, linens, and comfortable bedding are all ready and waiting for your Michigan vacation at our Lake Huron vacation rental. Both the dining area, and the bedroom feature white ceiling fans. There is a full-sized bed with a pillow top mattress, lots of pillows, and the living room sofa makes up into a queen-size bed. Our guests will appreciate having two full bathrooms with medicine cabinets, and even a hair dryer. One bathroom is located off the master bedroom, and the other bath is just off the kitchen area.

Facilities

Golf, boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, hunting, charter fishing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowmobile trails, biking, dining, theatre, museums, light houses, scenic views, Huron National Forest, river tours aboard the AuSable River Queen, quaint shopping district, antiques. The resort also offers a play area, picnic tables, basketball court, tetherball, jarts, croquet, horseshoes, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, and a laundry room.

For play time, our condo is equipped with a new basketball, volleyball, sand toys, and extra beach chairs. If you bring up a boat, there is plenty of room for boat parking too.

Best of all, for our first fall season, take advantage of our low introductory rate of only $89 per night, with a two night minimum, plus 8% lodging taxes.

Towels, linens, and departure housekeeping are included in your rates.

Our fall and winter guests will also enjoy a complementary $12 gift certificate to the Bavarian Bakery and Restaurant. This certificate is good from morning until evening, and everything here is made from scratch.

October guests can spend an entire week at the beach, and enjoy the amazing fall colours for only $450.

Beginning in November through March, vacation for a week for $400, plus 8% lodging taxes.

A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required within one week of making your reservations.

This condo is even pet friendly! One small, well trained dog is allowed at no additional charge. When outside, your dog must be on a leash at all times.
