The Villa

This inviting, well-decorated condominium within the Surfside Resort, is ready and waiting for your family's Michigan vacation getaway. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly remodelled, and new carpeting has been added throughout.

Location

This special condominium, and our condo #33, are the only two condos adjoining. They are conveniently and privately located together away from the other rentals, and are near barbecue grills, tetherball, badminton and shuffleboard.

Accommodation

We offer everything you need to cook a little or a lot, in the well-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher. There is air conditioning, an individual storage unit, and everyone will enjoy the cable televisions with DVD and VCR players in the living room, and in each of the bedrooms. Games, toys and puzzles have been thoughtfully added to make this Lake Huron condo one you will want to return to again and again.

Facilities

For year round relaxation and fun, enjoy 550 feet of private sugar sand beachfront. Walk for miles along the Three Mile Beach. Play basketball, badminton and beach volleyball. Swim, boat, and fish in the crystal clear waters of amazing Lake Huron. Grill out on the beach and enjoy evening bonfires.

Boat parking is available here on the grounds.

Additional Information

Towels, linen, and departure housekeeping are included in your rates. Please add 8% for lodging taxes. There is a two night minimum on all nightly rentals.

This Michigan vacation condo is even pet friendly. One well-behaved dog is allowed at no additional charge. When outside, your dog must be on a leash at all times.
