The Villa

Privately owned rental cabin located within the 3000 acre, Breezy Point Resort in the Lakes region of central Minnesota. Modernly furnished with rustic charm and appearance. Comes with a country club membership, giving our guests access to all resort amenities. Property is located in an active resort community setting.

BestView Cabin is conveniently located 30 miles north of Brainerd, 2.5 hours north of Minneapolis/St. Paul, in the Lakes region of central Minnesota. Centre of the Brainerd Golf Trail, over 300 holes. Ranked in the 'Top 50 Golf Destinations' by Golf Digest. 40 miles from Grand Casino Mille Lacs. Minutes from Paul Bunyan Biking Trail.

Accommodation

Knotty pine interior throughout. Field stone fireplace warms cool north woods nights. Remodelled kitchen with light knotty pine, exposed wood timbers and oak cabinetry. Full-size bed with twin bunk in bedroom, queen-size sofa sleeper in living room. Fully furnished 5 room cabin (with linen and towels) kitchen, living room, half-bath and shower.

Electric range top, microwave, 11 cu ft refrigerator with freezer, 27" stereo colour TV with VCR/DVD, Super NES game player, AM/FM dual cassette radio. Wraparound deck off the kitchen with picnic table. Outdoor charcoal grill. Boat mooring and rentals from the resort Marina. 2 indoor pools/whirlpools. Restaurant and lounge on-site.

Additional Information

Standard rate is $125 per night (Friday and Saturday) and $110 per night (Sunday – Thursday) or $680 per week. 10% discount season open – 30 June, 15% discount in September, 20% in October. Rates do not include 6.5% Minnesota sales tax. Two night minimum stay, 4 night minimum required stays in July and August. No smoking. No pets. No exceptions.
