The Villa

Located in Atkinson, New Hampshire, this cottage sits on Chase Island connected to 160-acre Big Island Pond. This waterfront property overlooks the lake on three sides, and also has a cove in the back so you can enjoy the calmness of the lake while you sip your morning coffee as the sun comes up.

Nicely decorated, two-bedroom cottage with water views on three sides. Large deck overlooking the lake; private, sandy beach and nice, clear water. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

Location

Centrally located just outside of great restaurants, gift shops, stores, movie theatres, and, of course, Canobie Lake Park (for the kids and you, too). Great swimming, boating, and foliage viewing! Walk to hiking trails. You are also only 20 miles from Salisbury, Seabrook, and Hampton beaches. This also leads to a nice ride up the coast from New Hampshire coast into Kittery, Maine.

Activities (on site or nearby): hiking, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, boating, water-skiing.

20 miles to the sea coast beaches, 30 minutes to Kittery Maine shopping and Portsmouth attractions, 45 minutes from Boston and Logan International Airport. 30 minutes from America's Stonehenge, Lake Canobie. 20 minutes from Manchester Airport, five hours from New York City.
