The Villa
The Beach Palms is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation rental
home with a private pool and large pool deck. It is situated
on Isle of Palms, inside the Wild Dunes Resort (just off Hole
4 of the Wild Dunes Harbor golf course).
When USA TODAY compiled a list of the cleanest beaches in
America Isle of Palms was included as one of the cleanest
in the United States, and the only beach in South Carolina
to make the list.
Location
This beautifully decorated home is a short 2 minute walk
to the beach. Close enough to hear the ocean and feel the
breezes. Just minutes away from golf, marina, restaurants,
shopping and historic downtown Charleston. Charleston is nationally
recognised for its historic landmarks including Boone Hall
Plantation, Fort Sumter, The Charleston Battery, the Market
Place, and Yorktown.
Inside the Wild Dunes Resort, on the Isle of Palms, there
are two golf courses, the Harbor and Links golf courses by
Tom Fazio. Also, just over the bridge in Mount Pleasant, within
easy driving distance, there are four other great golf courses
that are open to the public – Dunes West by Arthur Hills,
Charleston National by Rees Jones, Patriots Point by William
Byrd and River Towne Country Club by Arnold Palmer.
AccommodationHeart pine floors, tile baths. The master bedroom has queen bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd Bedroom has twin beds. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach.
Facilities
Private pool, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker,
dishes and kitchen utensils provided, extra refrigerator with
ice-maker, washer/dryer, sleeper sofa, cable TV, VCR, stereo/DVD
player, telephone. Pets not permitted. Non-smoking. Maid service
is available and all linen is included.

Additional InformationTaxes and fees are not included in quoted rates. 11% State sales tax, State and local accommodations taxes and fees, plus a 8% reservation fee are added to all quoted rates. Weeks normally run from Saturday to Saturday. Daily rates available, with a three night stay minimum. Arrival time is 4 pm. Departure time is 10 am.
