Location

Located in the northwest corner of WA state, Birch Bay is only a 10 minute drive south of the Peace Arch border crossing to British Columbia, Canada. It is a two hour drive north from Seattle. Birch Bay is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. The laid-back, family oriented atmosphere makes it the perfect place for your vacation. There is something here for everybody!

Accommodation

Beach View Condo offers you a clean, non-allergenic environment. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This two level condo is on the second and third floor and is an end unit. The condo comfortably sleeps 7 guests, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main level (2nd floor of building) has a private balcony off the kitchen, with a tranquil view of the lawn and creek. The upper level has a private balcony with a panoramic view of the bay.

Facilities

Also included are cable TV, VCR and CD/cassette player. The adjacent clubhouse offers a swimming pool in the summer and year-round hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities, ping pong and a place to mingle and relax. Outside the clubhouse are badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, and fire-pits.

• Low Season (Sept 16 to April 30) - two nights minimum
• High season (May to Sept 15) - three nights minimum
• All WA state taxes are included in the rental rates.
• $200 security deposit required (refundable on inspection of the unit after your departure).
• $80 cleaning fee per stay.
• Lower rates for stays of 14+ days
